Employees and employment: We are only as good as our employees

Around 400 employees work for Mibau Stema in seven countries. Our quarries are among the largest employers in the regions they operate. As a manufacturing company, occupational safety and the protection of the health of our employees is a top priority.

Through effective preventive measures, we aim to reduce the risk of accidents, injuries and occupational diseases to a minimum. Our declared goal is "zero accidents".

We regularly inform and involve our employees in sustainable topics. We promote the health of our employees, which is why we offer health vouchers and bicycle leasing as an example in Germany. Concrete offers for health prevention and reduction of costs and CO2 emissions in road traffic, are contributions to sustainability at Mibau Stema.

Attractive and future-oriented are also the extensive training and further education opportunities at Mibau Stema. The training rate in our quarries is over 10%. Our experienced team actively encourage qualified training and further education.
